Thank you for shopping with Velorie Beauty. All of our products are made-to-order. This Shipping Policy explains how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered within the United States and Canada.


Order Processing

  • All orders are custom-made and processed after purchase.

  • Standard processing time: 5-7 business days before shipping.

  • Processing may take longer during holidays, product launches, or peak periods.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery windows:

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • Canada: 4–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses are outside our control.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based solely on delivery location.
We charge only the actual shipping cost, with no markup.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If tracking has not updated after several days, please contact: support@veloriebeauty.com.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery:

  1. Email support@veloriebeauty.com

  2. Include clear photos or videos of:

    • The damaged product

    • The packaging (before opening, if possible)

We will review your claim and determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Note: Minor cosmetic imperfections, such as packaging dents or light product dusting, are normal during shipping and not considered damage.


Product Dissatisfaction

If you are not satisfied with your product:

  1. Email support@veloriebeauty.com with a detailed description of the issue.

  2. We review concerns case-by-case and may offer solutions such as a replacement or alternative.


Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted only on a case-by-case basis and must be approved in advance.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts or abandoned packages

  • Returns sent without prior authorization


Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If the address is incorrect:

  • Returned packages due to address errors cannot be refunded

  • A reshipment fee may apply
